Notice of Discontinuation of Purchases by Phone and Email

Thank you very much for your continued and valued support of Venetian Bazaar.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been offering purchasing services via phone, email, and Zoom. However, over the past two years, demand for these services has decreased, and we are grateful to see a growing number of customers visiting our physical store in person.

In addition, due to an increase in special event exhibitions and the resulting growth in staff workload, we have determined that it will be difficult to continue providing the same attentive service through phone, email, and Zoom.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing retail purchase support via phone, email, and Zoom.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Please note that regular orders and other transactions for wholesale partners will continue as usual.
