Here's the information about private shopping and shopping through Zoom:

We're excited to let you know that you can now make reservations via email.

The process for making reservations via email:

Please send an email with your preferred date and time (including alternative options), the method of shopping, your name, and contact information.
Except on our regular holidays, we will respond to your email by the following day.

If you don't receive a reply the day before or if it has been more than two days, there might be a possibility that the email didn't reach us. In such cases, please feel free to reach out again.

Private Shopping

Feel free to take your time deciding! Since the area is reserved just for you, you can leisurely browse and choose without any pressure.

Whether you're alone or with friends, it's all good. *For infection prevention measures, up to 4 people per group.

Shop without worrying about contact with other customers.

There are no reservation fees or cancellation fees.

Reservations are available in 30-minute increments.

You can reserve during business hours with no upper limit on the reserved time.

Call the store directly or send an email with your name and contact information. Reservations are possible until the closing time of the previous business day (5:00 PM).

For phone reservations, please call 0422-23-1677.
On the reservation day, please arrive at the reserved time. If you arrive early, depending on the reservation status, you may be asked to wait in front of the store.

When visiting, please remember to wear a mask and sanitize your hands for everyone's safety.

Please note that outside of reservation hours, we will be operating as usual.

Additionally, if there are no reservations, we may temporarily close as part of infection prevention measures. We appreciate your understanding.

Zoom shopping

Recommended for those who live far away!
No need for transportation expenses, and zero risk of infection!
Our staff will assist you attentively.
You can confirm the products more thoroughly than through photos.
There are no reservation fees or cancellation fees.
Products will be shipped as soon as the same day. *Depending on the time of purchase, quantity of items, and preferred payment method, shipping might occur on the next business day.
Each time slot is 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you plan to purchase a larger quantity, please inquire about scheduling during your reservation.

If you have decided on the products you plan to purchase, kindly inform us in advance to facilitate a smooth shopping experience.
On the reservation day, a little before your reserved time, launch Zoom and click "Join Meeting." Input the provided ID and passcode, then enter the meeting room at your reserved time.
If you're unable to join the meeting even after the reserved time has passed, please contact the store.
While waiting, use the chat function to provide us with your shipping address, phone number, email address, and preferred delivery date and time.
Products can be shipped via Yamato Transport's collect service (cash on delivery), and same-day shipping is possible. Free shipping is available for purchases over 30,000 yen. Please note that the customer bears the handling fee.
Same-day shipping is applicable to items that can be inspected and packaged by 3:00 PM. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send us the transfer details by email after confirming your payment, so we can proceed with shipping on the next business day.

Our staff will guide you through the store with a tablet, allowing you to view the products in detail through the screen.
